Pistachio barfi has a unique rich flavor created by a blend of creamy delicate barfi and a mixture of chopped and whole pistachios. This blend of two taste palettes merging in perfect harmony is sure to please the kids and adults alike.
During preparation the pistachios, ground, are added to the barfi mixture to flavor it. Once set, the barfi is further decorated with crushed or whole pistachios.
